New Beginnings
A 4 week group designed to introduce the process of personal growth and New Beginnings:
- Connecting with others through mutual sharing of issues and experiences.
- By letting go that which no longer serves us well.
- Making peace with what we have lost, while still honoring it.
- Moving forward with Faith, trusting that God’s plan for us is still unfolding.

This documentary follows the story of tireless researchers who trace the origins of the anti-gay movement among Christians to a grave mistranslation of the Bible in 1946. It chronicles how the misuse of a single word changed the course of modern history, the first time the word “Homosexual” appeared in the Bible was in 1946, chosen by 9 white men.
